As a partner of top management consultancies in the areas of organisational and strategic development – with a special focus on the strategic use of IT and new technologies in all business areas – I bring more than 30 years of experience. In several industrial companies I had international responsibility for results in different areas. This experience benefits my clients when we work together to develop new visions, goals and concepts to lead companies successfully into the future.
The most important thing for me is to act together at eye level, to leverage individual strengths and potentials and to motivate all those involved – from management to team leaders, from sales to controlling – and to get them to participate. Because transformation only succeeds when all those involved have an open mindset and are willing to learn from each other.
I have also been passing on my knowledge and experience as a university lecturer in Master’s programmes in Europe and Asia since 2007. In 2012, I was awarded the title of professor by Beijing Normal University.
Change and adaptation are the prerequisites for lasting entrepreneurial success. The world is changing – and companies have to change with it. In this process of constant change, I am at your side. Accompanying people and organisations at critical points is an exciting challenge to which I dedicate my professional life. In doing so, I am happy to pass on my knowledge from more than 150 consulting projects and my own management tasks in consulting and industrial companies. Because openness, transparency and competition as well as motivated, competent and qualified employees are the engine for success!
My coaching and counselling approach addresses the respective situational challenges individually and develops tailor-made solutions. Together we look at the individual potential and the respective strengths in order to fully exploit them. To do this, I first conduct an analysis of the current state, which can be tailored to a personality as well as to the initial situation in an organisation. Subsequently, we jointly determine the goals or the direction of the goals before taking the first steps towards change. In doing so, we always make sure not to lose the focus of the common vision and the defined goal and to adapt it as needed.
