Our motivation
The German higher education landscape has undergone fundamental changes in recent decades. Increasing competition between state and private higher education institutions, new degree programmes, demographic shifts, and the internationalisation and digitalisation of the education market have also changed students’ expectations and higher education institutions faces new strategic challenges.
The university’s positioning must be reviewed and its organisation further developed. This can only be successful if the people within the university understand and support the changes.
Our Approach
Higher education institutions are unique organisations in terms of both culture and structure. Academic self-governance, academic autonomy and established organisational cultures set them apart significantly from businesses and other public institutions.
We therefore combine strategic expertise with our own experience within higher education institutions and many years of expertise in leadership, strategy, IT and change management.
