The first phase of my career I was working for nearly ten years as an independent entrepreneur specializing in corporate branding and internal communications. This experience served as a bridge to the field of change management; I pursued a doctorate in the subject while simultaneously supporting change processes at the international technology development center of a major automaker.
This was followed by more than 20 years of providing change management consulting to large and medium-sized enterprises, both national and international. From 2018 to 2026, I held a full-time professorship in Change Management and Human Resource Management at a German University.
